Anyone interested? : From T.S. Eliot's "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock", Please

" . . . I have heard the Mermaids singing each to each.

I do not know if they'll sing for me.

I have seen them riding seaward on the waves.

Combing the white hair of the waves blown back.

When the wind blows the water white and black.

We have lingered in the chambers of the sea,

by sea-girls wreathed with seaweed, red and brown.

TILL HUMAN VOICES WAKE US AND WE DROWN."

For those not acquainted with this poem, you may benefit by googling IT in its' entirety - or if you choose, please do ascertain from your own gut feelings!

I would really enjoy reading what ANYONE interested would have to say, their comprehension is from individual interpretation.

I thank you!!!

Grace. (Buddhist).

Anyone interested? : From T.S. Eliot's "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock", Please interpret last 9 lines?

There is no interpretation, the lines speak for themselves. If the author had wanted to say something different he would have..
