looks - Beautiful but in an exotic or "non-barbie" doll kinda way.

Personality - fun, easy-going, NOT neurotic (which is rare, I know)

eye/hair - don't care, but maybe a slight preference towards darker shades.

well... it depends what we're looking for... if I'm looking for a life partner... i want someone who is fun loving... sweet... loyal... and honest. That sounds real general, but in reality it is'nt. I'd only prefer they're shorter cuz i'm a short dude (lol).

And to get our attention, just make themselves look available or just come up to us and talk. we appreciate direct approaches.

Men and women are very alike. Both care about appearance and personality.

What I look for in women is:

-Attractive (not necessarily gorgious, but definitely not ugly)

-Has goals

This is my 1000 point answer so i put a lot of thought into it. There is no perfect eye-colour or hair style. A guy wants a girl who he clicks with, good fun to be with, can make him laugh but can also deal with the bad times. At first a relationship is built on physical attraction but what makes it last is the partnership, love and support you offer each other.

And the best way to get a guy's attention.... ignore him. It's true, try it.

It goes by different levels depending on how long we know that person, example :

the 1st moment till an actual conversation starts: nothing but how she looks

from conversation till end of the first meeting: her hobbies and compatability (like musically or whatever)

from dates and so forth: personality and honesty

from serious relationship to marriage: trust and comfort during bad times.

eye color and hair color is all personal preferences... and in all honesty, the biggest reason why guys like blue eyes and blonde hair is because of the common porn of them, which obviously guys are attracted to porn :P... but seriously its personal preferences about those things just as we all see beauty differently.

perfect way to get a man is to share the same hobbies, if your going with 1 factor that is.... which usually isnt enough if its the only plus thing.
